Introduction

The Blackburn Technology Management Centre is situated on the Greenbank Technology Park located just one minutes drive from the M65 motorway. Originally developed by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council it provides a fully serviced ten acre site set in high quality landscaping and is designed to provide a base for technology based companies.

The aim of the Centre is to encourage the development of new products and processes and to facilitate access to development capital for the expansion of technology based companies. On site services offered by Blackburn Borough Council include E-business support and innovation and technology support offered by the council's Digital Development Unit (see tenant listing for more information).
