Situated on the banks of the Leeds Liverpool Canal, The Business Development Centre, a Grade II listed building is a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, offering peace and tranquillity, and yet still only five minutes away from Blackburn bus and train station, and close to M65 motorway network.
The Centre offers incubator units for small start up businesses in a managed environment.
Conference Facilities are also available to suit any occasion: seminars interviews, training workshops and exhibitions.
